All Breed Dog and Cat Grooming

 

* Premium shampoos and Conditioners- We use Natures Specialty shampoos, conditioners, facial foam, de-shedding additives, de-matting lotions and sprays. 

* Fluff Dry-We use commercial canine dryers..all our hand dryers have temperature and humidity control. All pets are completely dry before going home. We do not use cage dryers.

* Hand scissoring, trimming and clipper work-This is done according to breed specifications and owners request. If you are not satisfied with your pets groom, please contact us within 24 hours to set up a re-trim of your pet. 

*  Groom prices and Bath prices- Both are calculated on the condition of the pets coat, the behavior of the pet and the size of the pet, rather than breed of your pet. This is why a friends price for their pet may be different than your price, even though they are the same breed. Many factors influence the price including behavior, matted coats, fleas and excessive hair growth or excessive shedding.

⦁    Toothbrushing and dental rinse
⦁    Medicated shampoo
⦁    Flea shampoo with Capstar treatment
⦁    Excessive hair growth
⦁    De-matt / very Tangled coats
⦁    EXPRESS groom- finished by Noon

Other Services and Policies
⦁    Walk-in toenail trims-- nails are cut and buffed
⦁    Self Serve dog wash-features raised tub, shampoo, towels and high velocity dryer
⦁    Walk-in pictures--our pet picture background changes monthly
⦁    Drop-off- Please have your pet at the salon by your scheduled time
⦁    Pick-up-- Please call ahead to make sure your pet is finished
⦁    Schedules--We do our best to work with your schedule. When working with live animals, it is impossible to adhere to a strict schedule. Many factors may require unexpected, additional time. 
⦁    Cancellations--Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. 
⦁    No Shows--Repeat no shows cause a number of problems and will require us to drop you as a customer. An occasional oversight is understandable though.
